Shipping & Delivery

Estimated waiting time:
Pre-order items: You can usually receive your item(s) within 21 working days or longer if the production line delay.
In-Stock items:  2-3 working days.
(Note: from the day you make payment)

NORMAL POSTAGE will be delivered by Singpost postman to the mentioned address. In case of unsuccessful delivery, collection will be at the nearest post office. No tracking number is available and we will not be responsible for orders lost in transit.

Average weight for each product is 180gm for Summer Clothing

Prices as below

0gm - 100gm $0.80

101 gm - 250gm $1.00

251 gm - 500gm $1.50

501 gm - 1000gm $2.50

1000 gm - 2000gm $3.50

2000gm and above $5

Please note that Pre-Ordered items will take 2-4 weeks for delivery if it is not currently in stock.

REGIATERED MAIL just add S$ 2.44 to the normal postage rate.

FREE DELIVERY for orders $150 or above. (Only for Local Mail)

OTHER COUNTRIES delivery will be made by air mail or courier service depending on the total weight.

Each item will weigh approximately 250gm. The Cost of the shipping to other countries will be advise by email after we had confrim the order with you.

Payments for other countries will be by Paypal.

Personal information for our business purposes is to be minimal, private, correct, safe and largely in the control of the individual. Except where otherwise legally appropriate, we will treat your personal information as private.

Subscriptions to our mailing list
ifashion will need to collect information from you when you subscribe to our mailing list. The purpose of the subscription is to gather details so that we can provide you with up to date information on our products and services. Your details will not be shared with any third party.

Use of personal information
ifashion operates an opt-in policy in terms of communicating via email, post, and telephone. By subscribing to our mailing list, you are opting to receive communications by email. However, every time we contact you after this, you will have an opportunity to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

By registering as a ifashion member, you will receive further marketing communications from us via email, post and telephone. You will have an opportunity to unsubscribe from them then after, should you not want to receive further communications from us. We will not pass details on to any third parties.
Returns & Replacements

EXCHANGE POLICY

We take great pride in ensuring our customers that our products are of great quality and condition and strive to ensure that all customers are comfortable shopping at I Fashion.  At I Fashion our models are wearing the exact product.

An exchange will be made if:

1. there is an error in the item you received based on your order placed.

(Please understand that there may be some colour variation in the product between the website and the actual product due to your monitor setting. However, the design and material is 100% accurate as our models are wearing the actual products)

Exchange is allowed within 7 days after receiving the item. Exchange item MUST be in original packaging with tag intact.

A full refund will be made if:

1. The product is no longer in stock after making the payment.

2. The product has prominent manufacturer defects.

Please see below which are NOT considered as defects:

a. Slight colour differences (color variation in the product between the website and the actual product due to your monitor setting), thread fray ends, wrinkles,

b. Button loss (replacement of buttons will be sent to you, but in the event if the same button is not available, we will send you a full set of replacement buttons which can match your clothes.

d. Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes) eg. washable stains, smudges and dirt

e. Sizing issues (clothes do not fit. All our items come with a measurement chart, you can use as a guideline, but +/- 5%. Please take note different batch of clothes may have different sizing hence take note of the   size measurements when making purchase);

f. Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good;

g. Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.
Ordering

1.      Please register with us.

2.      Choose the item you like and add to your shopping cart.

3.      Follow up the procedure of check out, and you will receive an invoice by email

4.      The postage charge will be automatically calculated and indicate on the invoice.

5.      Customer in Singapore, you can make payment through internet banking, ATM transfer, cheque payment or Paypal

6.      For overseas customer, you need to pay through Paypal.

7.      Once payment make, please send an email: order@ifashion.com.sg to inform us with your invoice no. ( please make payment within 3 days after your order)

8.      You will receive your order within 2 working days (In stock Items) or within 3-4 weeks (Pre-order items) after payment done.

9.      The prices listed are in Singapore Dollar.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
 
All our prices are nett. Delivery charges are excluded.
 All our prices are in Singapore dollars.
We accept both Master and Visa Credit and Debit Cards via PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your orders.

 

How to pay by credit cards?
  1. Upon on Checkout Page, Select Payment Method
  2. Click Place Order, you’ll be directed to “PAYPAL” website for your credit or debit card details.
  3. Please click Continue if you do not have Paypal Account.
  4. Once payment has been debited from your account successfully, you'll be be directed back to our website.
  5. You should receive 2 e-mails notification; one from us and the other from Paypal.

Other payment methods

We accept Payment Policy for Internet Banking or Bank Transfer (via ATM)

Internet Banking or Bank Transfer is only applicable for local payment only.

*Note that if payments not made within 48 hours, your orders will be deleted and you will have to place the orders again.

Once your payment has been accepted and is reflected on POSB bank account statement, you will receive a second e-mail to notify your order has been processed.

Viewing Orders
Once you are the member of ifasfion, you may view your order anytime, anywhere just log in into your account.
Updating Account Information
